On the Wine Road

The city of Mendoza itself does not have much to see: about 5 nice plazas, a gigantic park and good nightlife on the Aristete street. So Mendoza is famous for its wine: well, I can confirm that! ). There are about 1000 wineries in the area. This was our itinerary: One day and a half, three wineries, and manyyyy types of wine: from Cabernet Franc, to Malbec and Sauvignon Blanc (and many others, including Pinot Noir, Blends, Chardonnay, and bubbles!). We visited: Pulenta, Salentein and Club Tapiz (you can stay overnight at the latter, which is a really nice romantic option). Each bodega has its own little twist and secret to creating an aromatic wine, you can normally visit them and also have lunch on the spot.
