Overnight Oats

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup milk of choice
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
5 strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients (except the strawberries) in a glass jar.
  2. Cover with the lid and shake well to combine
  3. Leave in the refrigerator overnight
  4. Add strawberries
  5. Add toppings: granola, shredded coconut, nuts, pumpkin seeds, fruits etc.

ESPAÑOL

Ingredientes:

1/2 taza de avena
1 cucharada de chia
1 cucharada de miel
1/4 cucharita de extracto de vainilla
3/4 taza de leche vegetal
5 fresas
1 scoop de proteina (opcional)

Indicaciones:

1) Poner todos los ingredientes (salvo las fresas) en un frasco de vidrio.
2) Poner la tapa y mezclar todo muy bien.
3) Dejar en la refrigeradora durante la noche (8hs o más)
4) Poner las fresas cortadas encima
5) Agregar toppings como: granola, canela, coco rallado, granola, nueces, almendras, frutas, etc.
